Delia Ferguson offers exclusive accommodation in a quiet and secure environment and has been extending a warm welcome to all her guests since 1995. The delightfully decorated guest suites are set in a beautiful garden away from the main house, each with it's own courtyard and with spacious en-suite bathrooms. All the units have TV, radio, fridge, kettle, security safe and complimentrary sweets, fresh fruit and biscuits. Dinners are offered by arrangement, laudry and Tours & Transfers organised. All credit cards accepted. Children are welcome. The cottage is ideal for long stays and can be taken on a self catering basis if preferred.

Rosebank Rooftop Market is open on Sundays and public holidays. A wonderful amount of high quality stalls offering anything from curios, specialist foods and clothing, d?cor and art and many present ideas. You will be entertained by music and dancing whilst you shop. Bryanston Organic Market is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. A small and exclusive market which is a must visit.
Local Attractions:
Planet Fitness the leading health club in South Africa is a half a kilometre walk from Rutland House. Parkview Golf Club is 5 kilometres away. Wanderers Golf Club is 5 kilometres away. For a pleasant stroll around the Zoo or Zoo Lake it is only 5 kilometres away. The Botanical Gardens (with the beautiful rose garden) and Emmerentia Dam for canoeing, rowing and sailing are 5 kilometres away. You can take walking tours around Parktown and Westcliffe and soak up the beautiful views and early mining town history.
Getting There:
Travelling on the M1 South take the Corlett Drive off ramp. Turn right and go under the highway bridge. Pass through Melrose / Wanderers (2.5km) to top of the road. Turn left into Oxford Road and get into the right hand lane. Turn right at 1st traffic light into Bompas Road and go all the way to the bottom T junction (1.9km). Turn right into Northumberland Avenue, go around sharp corner and you will be in Rutland Avenue. Continue straight over one stop and one circle till you see the green Rutland House sign at No: 48.
