The guest house is owned by Suzette and Johan Niemand, a successful business couple who decided to open their home to guests they know would appreciate the location, privacy and elegant appointments of this modern home. Although recently built and extensively renovated, the guest house offers ideal comfort and simplicity for the stressed out travelers. Seven rooms feature a unique twist on the colonial charm and contemporary living ambiance. Each has a comfortable double bed, large en-suite bathrooms and basic amenities. Two rooms have their own private balconies with magnificent 180 degree views of the Indian Ocean, accentuated by being on one of the major hills of the Bluff.

Each room has a unique character, with a color scheme flowing through: Maroon, Green, Blue, Orange, Brown, Lilac and Yellow. The eclectic mix of bohemian finishes with vintage ball-and-claw dressing tables and wardrobes, alongside stylishly decorated contemporary tiled floors and full en-suite bathrooms (save for one room, where the bath gives way to a large shower), provides a subtle balance between feminine and masculine -- simply put, our rooms enhance a good mood and provide for superb relaxation.

Getting There:

From Durban International Airport you will be getting onto the N2 highway. Stay on the N2 until you get a board that says M4 Southern Freeway. Carry on straight with this road and take the Jacobs off-ramp. At the robots turn right into Quality street. Carry on straight until you get to the T-Junction where you will turn right into Bluff Road. (This road will lead you to the Villa) You will pass two sets of robots and at the third robot you will turn right into Beacon Road and then again right into Dunville Road. There are boards up outside the Guest House. We are at number 65.
