The lodge is situated on 50 hectares of magnificent mountainside, and offers majestic views of the Hartbeespoort Dam and surrounding Magaliesberg mountains. Guest may choose between the main lodge with honeymoon suite, or the various cottages scattered around the farm. Either way, you will receive absolute tranquility whilst in the lap of luxury. The lodge and cottages have fireplaces for cozy winter evenings, are beautifully furnished, have en-suite bathrooms and most units have private balconies with spectacular views and braai facilities. We are found only 45 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Sandton and Pretoria on route to Sun City and the Pilansesburg National Park.

The latest addition to the Stonehouse Lodge is the unique Sky- Lodge. It offers breathtaking views over the entire Hartbeespoort valley and unbeatable sunrises and sunsets. The Sky-Lodge has a honeymoon suite where you can enjoy the view from the privacy of your spa-bath or private boma. There is another guest suite also with a spa-bath set inside a rock and granite bathroom. Breakfasts in the suites are served on your private patio weather permitting. You may hire the lodge as a complete unit, with lounges, fully fitted kitchen, TV room, and library. The lounge leads out onto an elevated pool and deck where you can laze away the hours with a good book and / or cocktail.

They are beautifully furnished with a double bed, DSTV, air-conditioning, large bathroom with spa bath and shower and have private patios, bar fridge and tea & coffee making, facilities. The suites are ideally situated close to the breakfast venue and pool & boma areas. We can either arrange for dinners in the venue or weather permitting on the privacy of your patio.
