Activities on the farm • Enjoy scrumptious breakfasts before going on excursions, or enjoy activities such as fishing, birding and walking. • Guests at Excelsior Manor will have the privilege of a private tasting of the range of wines, as well as wines from the private collection. • Cellar tours – during harvest time guests are more than welcome to participate – guests can fill a bottle of wine out of the tank should they wish and cork it. • Take a golf cart up into the hills and enjoy a sundowner with a view of the whole valley. • A dinner in the opulent dining room is the perfect way to end this wonderful day.

Getting There:
From Cape Town: Take the N1 to Worcester. Turn into Worcester and follow sign posting to Robertson. Pass through Robertson and continue past circle. About 10 km beyond the circle, there will be a right turn to Bonnievale- turn right here. Once across the railway line continue for another 3 km (you will pass a school and cottages on your left), just beyond this turn left into Excelsior. From Swellendam (N2): From the N2 at Swellendam turn Left at the Ashton turn off. Pass through Ashton, about 7 km outside of Ashton you will see a left turn to Bonnievale- turn left here. Once across the railway line continue for another 3 km (you will pass a school and cottages on your left), just beyond this turn left into Excelsior.
