Set in the historic fisherman’s village of Paternoster, here you will be cocooned in glamorous opulence as you gaze over vistas of a languid, surreal coastline – all the while surrounded by orchids and antiques, indigenous gardens and gentle wind chime music. There are 10 sumptuous suites to choose from, all designed around an idyllic, tranquil courtyard with lap pool. Most suites have picturesque sea views and private relaxation spaces. All suites are air-conditioned and appointed with flat screen televisions and cappuccino/espresso machines, stocked mini-bars, ipod docking stations, CD and DVD players and a digital weather forecast station. The extensive book and DVD libraries are also available for the enjoyment of guests, and all suites also have built-in laptop safes. You can dine at leisure in the Saffron Restaurant, surrounded by antiques and soft candlelight – but do make a reservation. And enjoy a sumptuous breakfast or elegant high tea in the sun-kissed Orchid Room, with views out to sea. Well-travelled resident chef, Nickie Lawson, uses only fresh local produce and organic herbs in her kitchen, to showcase the finest of world cuisine, but with a unique West Coast twist. She also offers a Chef’s Table, where you can dine in situ in her kitchen and personally watch her create your dinner. Pre or post dinner – or any other time of the day, really - the Africa Bar is a cosy place for you to sample fine South African wines and sparkling wines, single malts and cocktails.

* On arrival or during the stay - the full payment due for the entire booking will be retained. * 0 - 14 days before arrival, no show - the full deposit paid will be retained. * 15 - 28 days before arrival - 75% (seventy five percent) of deposit , or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value will be retained (whichever is the greater). * 28 days or more before arrival - 50% (fifty percent) of deposit, or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value will be retained (whichever is the greater).
