We are affiliated with another booking system, will this affect our contract with them?
 
This should not affect your current contract and can be used in conjunction with them.
 
You can give booksaonline a go and see how it works. The bookSAonline site will NOT restrict you with trade. If you are not happy or satisfied you can simply remove your property.

As there are no out of your pocket payments with bookSAonline you have nothing to lose but the time it takes to set your inventory up...


It is too much work to set my property up on your site. What about some help?

By all means. Our support staff will be more than happy to set up your property on our site. As long as you supply us with all your details and some nice pictures, we will gladly do the work FREE of charge. Afterwards, all you will have to do is to activate your rooms for sale and manage your inventory on a day to day basis.

I am not very good with internet stuff. How difficult is this and is their support?

Once the property is set up it is very easy to manage the inventory. We have phone support and will help you through the process if you  need help. All you have to do is call.

How do you work?
 
With booksaonline you will have an onscreen look (at a glance) at the availability of rooms. Not just the days in question but the whole week. It will also show all other rooms and availability. 
 
YOU manage YOUR profile and itinerary on the bookSAonline site. You will have your own user name and password and will be able to access your property whenever and from wherever you wish. As long as you have an internet connection.
 
You  decide if you wish the bookings to be immediate or on 24 hour confirmation in which case you will be notified of a booking by e-mail or SMS  and have 24 hours to confirm. You can set this how you wish and whenever you wish. In other words you could set certain times, like long weekends, on 24 hour confirmation and have the rest as immediate etc. Immediate bookings are immediate. You do not need to be available for confirmation. You will however have to make sure your inventory is up to date.
 
You can run specials and preset the dates, from when till when, it should run etc.
 
The site is very versatile and everything happens automatically. You will be in complete control of your property and kept up to date, all the time, with bookings.
 
Are there any charges?
 
We handle all payments through a secure payment site (PayPal). This is probably the most trusted online credit card payment facility. Every month you will invoice us for the visitors who booked through bookSAonline and we pay you. Our fee from you is 10% of all bookings done through our site. We pay you, your room rate less 10%. (Almost like discount - the same as travel agencies does). Remember that we handle the credit card payments and the fees involved.
 
That is all it will cost you (10% of bookings through booksaonline). - This means that if you generate no visitors you pay nothing. (Hopefully this will not be the case :-) I cannot think why one would pay for a service if it doesn't generate income. It should pay for itself.
 
There is a small booking fee (R30) which the customers pay when they confirm the booking.
